Newly Designed Website Makes it Easier to Plan A Visit to Fairfield
FAIRFIELD, CA – Planning a trip to Fairfield and the Suisun Valley just became a lot easier with the launch of the newly designed Fairfield Tourism Association website. The website is chock-full of helpful destination details that leisure travelers; meeting, conference and special event planners; and group tour operators are looking for.
Visitors to the site will find a digital Fairfield Activity Guide; a directory of Fairfield hotels with an online reservation system; a colorful display of photos that give you a visual preview of what Fairfield has to offer; outdoor activities such as hiking and mountain biking; dining and shopping; wineries, farm stands, and olive oil tasting in the Suisun Valley, wildlife viewing at Solano Land Trust properties and Grizzly Island Wildlife Area; golf courses, and attractions such as Jelly Belly Candy Company, Anheuser-Busch Brewery Tours, Western Railway Museum, and Driven Raceway; maps; calendar of events, plus various handy links. For visitors using Fairfield as a convenient and affordable base from which to explore the region, you'll also find information about regional attractions such as Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo, Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, and Napa Valley wineries, all an easy drive from Fairfield.
"After months of development, we now have a website featuring the necessary destination information for visitors to plan a Fairfield/Suisun Valley getaway in an easy to navigate, user-friendly format," said Anand Patel, President & CEO, Fairfield Tourism Association. "A mobile version of our website is also accessible for on-the-go users from their mobile devices, which complements the iPhone app that was launched by the Fairfield Tourism Association in partnership with the Sonoma Valley Vintners and Growers Association last month"
The Fairfield Tourism Association website was developed by Under the Sun Graphics and Web Design based in Bayfield, Colorado.
The Fairfield Tourism Association is a destination marketing organization that was created by a Business Improvement District (BID) to market and promote tourism to the area, including overnight stays. The independent non-profit 501C6 organization is funded by 18 lodging properties in Fairfield.
